OFYER is a Non-Governmental Organization created in 2010, registered in 2022 by Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) with operation certificate number 1075/RGB/NGO/OC/07/2022. The certificate is issued to operate its activities in Rwamagana District and anywhere necessary in Rwanda.

Career
2010
Bachelor's degree holder in sciences with education
University of Rwanda
Since his graduation, he is working as sciences and adaptive sports teacher in the school for visual impaired since 2011 till now.
During his teaching career, he become initiated to coaching in para sports and special education needs. He attended different local and international trainings for professional development.
2017
He attended The Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (TEA) is an intensive non-credit, non-degree, six-week professional development program at a U.S. university at Appalachian States University, September – November,2017. It is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
2020
he attended and completed an international coaching course in sports for the disabled people where he got a diploma in coaching from International University of Leipzig, Germany.
In the community, 2010 he founded an NGO entitled Organization For Youth Empowerment Rwanda(OFYER) which has got legal operational certificate by Rwanda Governance Board (RGB). By now he is an executive Director of the above organization.
He got different awards in career of education and sports.
2022
He participated in Regional Sport Training in Lilongwe, Malawi, which is an initiative under the NPC Development Programme that is supported by the IPC’s worldwide partnership with Toyota.,2022.
He worked also as a volunteer in VSO, he was in charge special needs education in Gicumbi District, from 2022 till 2023.
He is also one of executive committee of IJABO RYAWE RWANDA (Member of FERWAFA), football academies Forum since 2022 till now. He is the commissioner of conflict resolution.
